Q:Can I reuse decal on a different location?

Unfortunately, no. Although our products are removable, they can not be relocated in general. In case you have very simple shaped designs, you might be able to do it, but results are not guaranteed.

Q:How do I customize color and size of my desired decals?

If you just want to change the colors of a design on our website, you can leave us a note in the box named "Your Order Note to Us" before checkout. We will see your note when we process your order. If you need to change size, please email us at sales@popdecors.com about your size change request, we will send you a quote shortly and adjust price accordingly for you.

Q:What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Payment options we offer include credit cards, paypal, checkout by Amazon and google checkout. For other payment options such as check and money orders etc, please contact sales@popdecors.com.
Q:How do I return a product from Pop Decors?
Purchased items can be returned within 30 days for any reason if still in resellable condition. Buyer needs to pay return shipping. If the return item is a customized item, a 15% restocking fee may apply as the color combination would be difficult to resell. If product is defective, please send image to service@popdecors.com. After validation, we will send replacement or refund and cover your return shipping.
